Anbefalelsesverdig hotell som ligger sentralt plassert i Kowloon. Nært subway og spaseravstand til MongKok shopping-område. De har fritt internett på rommene, men burde også ha fritt trådløst nett i resurant-områdene |

I liked that it was clean, the rooms were spacious, we got southern china daily every morning, the breakfast was good. Some of the people working with the breakfast buffet were friendly, but te peole working in the reception were inefficcient and not very helpful. Also, we missed a junior-room at the hotell, i.e. a playroom for children. |

It is a quieter part in Kowloon and still within walking distance to lot of nice restaurants and shopping. Also the hotel free shuttle service is very good. The only negative part was one evening we headed up to the 19th floor to check out the swimming pool and was told we couldn't even cross the line into the pool area to have a look. The pool staff was rude and had limited English. |

Shuttle bus service very good.Proximity to Nathan Road & Markets excellent.Recognition of different pillow needs was great.Complimentary water was a plus.Tea & coffee making facilities were much appreciated. It was not possible to use international phones from Hotel even though we had a pre-paid telstra voucher from Australia.We were dissappointed with our "Chinese meal" in house at your restaurant, possibly because we picked poorly ? |

Very friendly and helpful staff; Club rooms offer additional amenities, such as complimentary drinks and canapes in the evening. Good breakfast. The shampoo was of a very poor quality, which was a shame and the bacon provided at breakfast was fatty and quite nasty! |
